Today , the Economics times release the news that BPO Sector will touches $ 225 revenue in 2020 . This is good sign for Indian IT - BPO because this logging will surely increase the employement for Indian unemployed persons . India is still suffering from the shortage of talent employees . If talented Employees will come in this sector , we can win the competition from China and Philippines .
McKinsey partner Ranjit Tilankar said that increasing trend in BPO sector will increase the jobs of young Graduate and it may increment from 10% to 15% .
Many services like healthcare , public sector and medio of BRIC and Germany have started to getting services from India vie BPO .
The above target is very high and it is only posible if Indian Govt. will provide special support in research and development and encourage young mind for innovation .
